About Me
The therapeutic process is highly relational—the best therapy is done when two people feel comfortable in each others’ presence
I received my Bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I have provided psychotherapeutic services in both school-based and private practice settings, and currently work out of my office in Elmwood as well as at BlueSkies preschool in Fruitvale. While I enjoy working with many demographics, I have a special place in my heart for working with people struggling with self-esteem and identity development, early childhood development, and supporting those who identify as neurodivergent.
I see my superpower as a therapist in my playful spirit, holding both the reverence and irreverence of what it means to be navigating life—at every developmental phase.
In my spare time, you can find me horseback riding, tap dancing, or working on my collection of short stories.
